@_bookofelie: After trying the @Miguel's Jr bean and cheese burrito 🌯 for the first time a few months back, it quickly jumped towards the top of the inevitable TOP 100 bean and cheeses around. I’m a sucker for a proper bean and cheese in a drive thru. Following that post, I got a wave of DMs of telling me to go back and try it with sour cream. I rolled over to their new Santa Ana, CA location — ordered that — and saw that they had Chicken Pozole at this location, so I ordered that as well (out of a driiiive thru?!). On the bean and cheese front, I squeezed it a bit too hard out the bag and the sour cream came out like a firehose. It was crazy good, these guys have some of the best refried beans in the game, the cheese was just the right amount of melty and unmelted, and the tortilla was unweildy at first and as I got down to the base, the integrity was still in tact.
