@breelenehan: If I haven't convinced you to start taking yourself on solo dates yet, my job is not complete 🫡 My solo dates have helped me romanticise spending time alone, enjoying my own company, trying new activities I've never done before & being more intentional with small acts like cleaning out my wardrobe & donating clothes that no longer serve me!! 🥰 Starting my solo date with a little bit of self care always gives me the little confidence boost I sometimes need to go out & do things alone. Something as small as doing my skincare & moisturising my skin can be all it takes to make me feel like I really deserve to take myself out & conquer the day, makeup-free & all! ✨ Although waking up this morning to a rumour about Michael Cera being the creator / owner of @CeraVe was not on my 2024 bingo card, but alas the rumours are NOT true HAHA. Just because his surname is Cera doesn't mean he's the brains behind the brand!! CeraVe got its name from the 3 essential ceramides that each product is enriched with & the entire range is developed with dermatologists...
