we went through them. mortgage insurance is included in the monthly payment, and we did have to give W2s for the prequal.

I used SECU as a first time home buyer in early 2020. Much easier process than traditional loan companies. I knew I’d have to refinance and did in 2022.

a con that I ran into is that they only offer 15 yr loans for any type of mobile home. 30 years is only offered for stick built/brick houses

My dad signed me up for my 15th birthday ATM card tho but fast forward to 25 I appreciate my dad so much for this because this bank is so easy I feel like a golden ticket

We bought our first home in 2022 through SECU and even though home prices were crazy, we were able to lock in an adjustable rate for 3.9 percent and after 5 years it can only adjust up 2 percent

Love SECU, they have helped borrowers that couldn’t qualify other lending. The 100% financing I believe is an ARM which isn’t ideal but it does help clients get into a home
