advice po kasi ng instructor sa gym sakin dati need muna magpapayat at cardio muna bago magbuhat buhat para pumayat kasi pg nagmuscle daw yong taba mo pag nagbuhat buhat agad lalo kung mabigat mas mahihirapan ka lalo magpapayat. Just sharing po pero hindi po ako expert
