its not even the 4 minutes at this point it's the cancellation fee for a FREE appointment. a cancellation fee is a percentage of the total payment due. any percentage of free is zero!

Pro Tip: call once to "reschedule" your appointment for the next day, then call back immediately after and cancel. 👍🏼 cancellation fee avoided! 😁👌🏼

cancellation fees are for when a company would miss out on money bc the appointment was canceled but a free appointment wouldn’t bring in money immediately.

I’d dispute the charge on my CC, I also worked in the medical field and we had to have SIGNED consent to keep patient CC on file!! And v specific verbiage about charging for missed appt/cancelations!!
