No we try to maintain our crop rotation and if you cut down on fertilizer you will have to use more next year to bring everything back to normal

Probably will decide on fungicide, depending on how much summer moisture we’ve had. Then just trying to tighten the belt around the shop.

If it isn’t profitable then it isn’t done. So from that respect it’s the same management. That being said do we skip a $40 application if the return is 10 bu and the price is $4 corn. Hell yes we do.

Don’t try to cut corners only thing I would cut is Fungicide and insecticide if it’s dry at application time keep planting that NP Seed

I think it’s crazy to me that people aren’t confident enough about their farming practices to continue things that you would imagine have high ROI when crop prices are low

This year will spread removal for corn and beans. No maintenance this year. Full nitrogen full fungicide. I variable rate fertilizer and nitrogen. Variable rate seed.
