It's incredible animal control took so long to take action on an aggressive bear they had multiple complaints for! 🫶🙏happy she survived!

I can hear and understand everything she says so why can’t the dispatcher? I see so many of these and the dispatcher gets them to repeat, do they not get hearing tests before they are employed?
