Try dry shampoo at night!!! Literally life changing. It soaks up oils overnight so you wake up with fresh hair. Plus any white spots are totally gone by the morning 🤍🤍

try removing the dry shampoo with a towel/wash cloth! as you pull the towel through it takes the oil with it!🩷

Idk if this will work for you but i have dark hair and when i use dry shampoo I’ll use my blow dryer to blow out the last bit thats clung to my hair
