@lu.on.the.run: Exercise (especially running) is not healthy recovery motivation for everyone and I recognize my (mostly) able body privilege in being able to use movement as motivation to stay healthy. I never want anyone to feel pressured to work out. the only way I enjoy running so much is a result of spending years practicing unlearning that pressure. start w a jog/walk, dont track milage, or pace. only do it when youre really itching to etc. 🤍 #Running #runcoach #edrec0very #potsathlete #marathontraining #fyp
