the entire reason the rice comes out wonky is the vitamin wash. we get perfect rice every time after I figured that out

Put a bowl full of underneath, put your rice on top and swish it all around. Repeat. Save water and you can use the rice water for your hair too 🤗

Don’t rinse enriched rice though. Which is probably what you are eating if you are white.
