@kathy_draytonthickness: I had a great call with one of our 30Day members today. It reminded me that many of us are eager to make changes in our lives, but simply need a few answers to ease our hesitations and answer questions that we may have in order to feel confident to move in the direction of change. They reminded me of the simple power in speaking up! Our voice is powerful, because our voice will advocate for us, for a change, or others, but only if we use it! It's never too late to ask the right questions, get your answer... And run with it!
