I started the patch twice a week and Progesterone 200mg nightly. I’m having dizzy spells and even blurry vision out of nowhere. Could this be the cause 😢

yeah I have that. I'm on hrt . but still comes and goes. I have trapped nerves in my back and neck. I see a chiropractor that helps.

I've had this and been to the docs. Also had palpitations and ECG checks...not once have they suggested peri. I'm 43. Makes sense now!

My weirdest one is my Achilles heel tendons are so tight in the morning I hobble when I wake up! I’m on HRT now so hopefully will ease soon

This happens to me. I’ve read it could be dehydration so I’ve made sure to increase my water intake but it’s made no difference. Does anyone know how to combat this
