We had a guy drop off a truck said fix whatever I trust you needed brakes and we found an oil leak from the head decided just to do the brakes and wait and talk to him bout the leak

Ran into this many times. Now we charge our diag fee up front, and if the repairs over $500 you have to pay 1/2 the estimate up front. That way I know the customer is committed to the machine
