@cookinginthemidwest: #GortonsPartner Loaded Fish Stick Sandwiches are easy to make and a lunch or dinner the whole family will enjoy! @Gorton’s Seafood INGREDIENTS 3-4 tomatoes, diced 1 onion, diced 2 large jalapeños, diced 1/2 a bunch of cilantro 2 limes, squeezed Salt, pepper, garlic powder Gorton’s Fish Sticks Split Top Brioche Rolls Chipotle Mayo Shredded lettuce Queso Fresco INSTRUCTIONS Chop the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño into small pieces. Add those to a bowl. Chop 1/2 a bunch of cilantro and add that to the bowl. Squeeze the juice of two limes into the mixture. Season to taste with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Refrigerate until ready to eat! Cook the fish sticks in the air fryer or oven following directions on the package. Place the crispy fish sticks in rolls.
