@edwardsfarmstead: One of my favorite spring cakes to make…a Robin Egg Cake! I made this to celebrate my grandma’s 86th birthday tomorrow 🥰! To make this cake, you can use any box cake mix of your choice, buttercream icing with just a splash of blue food coloring to make the perfect robin egg blue! To make the speckled egg look, I mixed 1 teaspoon cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons water. Use a pastry brush and dip in the cocoa mixture.
