@whatscookinglately: Most delicious pesto and mozzarella sandwich on naan bread #EasyRecipe #lunchideas #quicklunch #asmr #pestosandwich #naan Ingredients: Mozzarella Pesto Prosciutto di Parma Naan: 250g (2.25 cup) flour 110 ml (0.5 cup) warm water 1 pack of instant yeast 125g (0.5 cup) plain yogurt 1 tsp sugar 0.5 tsp salt 1 tbsp neutral oil Instructions: 1 Mix all the naan ingredients into a bowl. Combine first with a fork. Then oil your hands and work the dough on the counter for 5-6 minutes. Cover with a dry towel and let it rest in the oven with the light on for 1.5 hours. 2 Get your dough out of the oven, it should have doubled in size. Lighly punch to release the air and briefly kneed it again. It shouldn’t stick to your hands. 3 Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form little balls. Put the balls on a baking sheet with enough space between them, cover with the towel again and let them rest for another 10 minutes. 4 Roll out the doughs as thinly as possible into oval shapes. 5 Dampen your hands with some water and pat some water on the back side of the naan to help it stick to the pan. 6 Preheat pan on medium to high heat. Place your naan water side down to the pan. The first side will be cooked once bubbles appear (it should take 1-2 minutes max). Flip and cook the other side for 30-40 seconds. 7 Let the naan cool for a few minutes. Spread the pesto on it, add the mozzarella and heat in the pan until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
