@troyjfitness: Intermittent fasting will help you lose fat? 👇 Fasting itself isn’t a fat burner, nothing about it is. But pushing your meals back to allow a smaller eating window reduces cravings and help you eat more controlled 🤷♂️ Eating when you’re bored or just because you want to is the killer in your journey, have meal timings for your specific needs. Not much of an appetite in the AM? THEN DONT EAT!! Instead save your calories for later on when you actually deal with these cravings! Hope this helped
Do you workout in the morning. I tried IF with morning workouts and it was great for a few months until I passed out at the gym. Now I always eat before exercise

I could easily go without eating much only problem is not getting enough protien in before going gym I lost basically 30kg but realised I lost weight not fat so wen I started gym it got so hard to cut
