Do you have autism/ADHD? I hate brushing my teeth, spit, watching ppl kiss. I do brush but I hate it. Try brushing your teeth in the shower

I read it somewhere that folding your left thumb into the palm of your hand, then making a fist and squeezing your left thumb helps some people with their gag reflex.. 😅
