Why are there no doors? That’s is a bizarre choice. Fire safety is the first concern that comes to mind, but also privacy and separation?

The 2nd bedroom could use a Murphey bed, combined with office space space for functionality. Doors do need to be installed for 1st bed.

I wish it was priced lower, as I’d love to knock it down and build. I think I’d look at it like an unfinished basement—lots of room to add walls and make it my own. First up: doors! 🤣
