I add 1/2 cup sour cream to mine, put it Ina casserole dish and top with extra cheese and doritos and bake for about 15 minutes. so not healthy, but so good.

You should try Velveeta mac and cheese lasagna. Layer of shells, ground beef mixed with red sauce, mozz cheese, then repeat. In oven to brown the cheese on top
