Go to soufriere and ask the boats for a trip and u pay them they drop you off on sugar beach’s dock and the pick you up at a set time you want

I went to Sugar Beach through the resort's entrance, parked and walked down the hill. they can't deny u, the beach is public

All of the beaches on island are free .. you just have to let them know you’re going down to the beach.. hope the food was good though!

There are boat shuttles that will take you from Castries to here and Anse Chastanet
