@10newsau: The husband of Samantha Murphy has expressed his shock after detectives have charged a 22-year-old man with murder in their investigation into the mum-of-three’s disappearance. The Scotsburn man, who was arrested at his home just after 6am yesterday, will face Ballarat’s Magistrate's Court this afternoon. Police are yet to recover the body of the 51-year-old who was last seen leaving her home for a morning run on February 4. #missing #missingperson #ballarat #charged
