Hello rosacea flare up 🥵 I’ve actually been super consistent with my skincare routine lately and haven’t tried anything new in well over a week so I’m fairly sure it’s not product induced 😉 What I do think has inflamed my skin this morning is sleeping with the ducted heating up a *touch* too high. Being hot will flare up my rosacea as well as artificial heating (also it’s super dehydrating). Normally I’m not a cleanse in the morning girlie, but for peace of mind just in case there was something on my skin that was upsetting it I did a very gentle cleanse before LED - this also ensure the led has a clean canvas to really get in there and do it’s thing. Next up, sheet mask. So soothing!! My skin drank it up! Went in with a combo of soothing barrier repair creams to repair and replenish. Once everything has settled into the skin the final layer is SPF.
