Taking him up a high mountain & he prompts the idea of giving Jesus all that he saw, showing him all the kingdoms of the world & their glory. All that he saw could be his if he bowed down him & worshipped him. Understand that Satan is a deceiver, who comes to steal, kill, & destroy. He will tempt you w/ temporal worldy things like money, fame, “hoes” etc. at the cost of your salavation. These things may seem great but these things are not sufficient enough to fill that void of you trying to find Joy, your Identity, & peace. These come at a cost & if you are not disciplined enough to know how to handle them you are putting yourself at risk of being in danger. Physical items that you possess are essentially meaningless because you cant take any of it when you die. The solution you are looking for Jesus. He redeems, restores, transforms those who seek out to him. He can bless w/ more than what you need & want but there must be a submission of your life. There must be obedient. Why must he bless you when you have no faith in him? HE A L O N E can give you that Joy, identity, & peace you seek out for. You can search & search for something else but youll find it because it doesnt exist. Its a deception. The very thing you put your faith in.. does it fill that void or are you following it because your in religion & not a r/s?
