@dresola: The single arm landmine press is one of my absolute favorite upper body movements. This exercise is great for building shoulder strength and size, but also great for improving scapular control and stability! If you’re unfamiliar with this exercise, start in a half kneeling position first to understand and master the movement pattern with your upper body first, then work your way up to a split stance position as shown in the video.
