Is the anti material rifle better than the EAT? I run the EAT to knock out bot drops. But its hit and miss for Hulks especially in a pinch.

The railgun did was it was supposed to originally. It got nerfed because it was effective and the other options weren't as good. instead of making everything else better, they made the rg worse
