Your are more likely to be successful if you enjoy the journey 3️⃣ Consume less of foods that make you feel tired, sluggish and bloated. Eat foods that makes you feel good. 4️⃣ Drink enough water! 5️⃣ …and sleep enough hours! And those are only a few of the best general tips I can give you!
