@ldcfitness: 💪 RSA training (repeated sprint ability). This fitness component is KEY if you want to play at a high intensity for 90mins. RSA is basically the ability to perform repeated short sprints (4-5 seconds / 20-40mts ) with brief recovery (in this case 10 seconds).
