ice your hand, use oil and twist it off slowly. as it moves up, it will get re-stuck and you just re ice and do it all over again. it takes like an hour😭

Cool your hand down in cold water to reduce the swelling, and then oil/soap/slippy stuff! Looks sore, good luck!

I’d take ibuprofen anti inflammatory and dip it in cold water .. no salt helps ur fingers not swell. And don’t even attmept to remove it while the finger is THAT swollen &
