Perfect for busy days 🤗❤️ 🥘 Recipe 🧄 Garlic – 6 cloves 🌶️ Kashmiri chilies – 4 (coarsely ground) 🥥 Coconut oil – 2 tbsp Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Asafoetida – ¼ tsp Onion – a handful Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Kashmiri chili powder – ½ tsp Yogurt – 250 ml Water – as needed Green chilies – 2 Coriander leaves Lemon juice – ½ lemon Method: Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, and the ground garlic-chili mixture. Sauté for a minute. Add onion and cook until golden. Add turmeric, cumin, and chili powder; sauté for another minute. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
