Well yeah, it’s cheaper to replace personnel and deny VA disability than to actually fix a system. Plus those new ones are already going to be replacing the v22

Waiting until it starts to go bad to fix it instead of preventatively fixing it endangers military members lives. It’s calloused thinking that directly correlates to the low recruitment numbers.
