I’ve had an apron belly for as long as I can remember, since I was a child. I don’t remember not having it. In the early 2000s everything was low rise, it all went under the belly. Very uncomfortable

We need ones like those boxers that hoist the juevos away from the body for men. We need a panel to go under the apron belly for cooling and then a panel that goes over the apron.
