breastfeed tip make short term goal. If I make it a week, a month, two months ect. And know you can call your hospital lactation consultant after discharge. It’s so hard in the beginning but worth it

Get a haaka and use it in the opposite side that your nursing from stating when you get home!

i hate my momcozys (ik so many ppl that love them tho) i just use my madela manual! also, i use reusable lactation pads!!

I had one of those 3 tier roller carts from target and it was so helpful to keep everything on there and you can roll it with you

FTM here & I was TERRIFIED to breastfeed, it’s probably my favorite thing about motherhood now. Short term goals & keep it stress free. Use the silverettes 24/7 when not nursing for a while!

NO to the haaka!! You’ll end up with an over supply and be leaking or needing to pump all the time! Hand expressing is better! Or medela/spectra if you want to pump! ❤️

Find a good lactation consultant IBCLC. Lots will do a prenatal visit so you can get tips on basics before he comes 🥰

Get sized for the right flanges! Most people don’t actually need the standard 24mm and need smaller. It can rlly effect supply
