to avoid surgery you can pud hot water with salt sa arinola then you seat there for a while.. the almoranas will subside

Had the same surgery last year, having 2nd thoughts if I’ll proceed but glad I made the right choice. Finally have the relief of doing no.2 after 2 months post surgery. Fighting gurl!

I got hospitalized due to accute hemorrhoidal attack. Good thing gumaling rin. High Fiber diet lang talaga. And I really recommend to have Health Insurance. from 60k to 1500 lang nabayran mo. 🥺

i have mixed hemmoroids pinatinggan ko sya pra sna ipatanggal pero advice ng doc saken wag n daw tanggalin .🫠 wla din kase aq.pain narramdamn normal lang pag poops ko wla din bleeding as in normal.

Kinabahan naman ako dito kasi struggle ko talaga eversince pag poops maliit palang ako tapos nanganak pako via normal delivery 🥺 masakit daw talaga to sabi ng nurse na asawa ng pnsan ko.

My brother had surgery at st lukes, matagal ang healing almost 2 years before nag stop ang bleeding kapag solid ang dumi. Take meds and drink prune juice para loose ang stool to avoid bleeding.
