The hood thing seems to me to be deliberate so the car NEVER actually makes it to market retail, so it stays as an unsellable concept tbh

the oil has a special refilling hole, thats why it doesnt have a hood, bc u usually open the hood for oil change so they made it so u can change it like ur putting gas or smth instead of opening the whole hood
