This is the reason I do in person only. I would get mad and disconnect. It's harder when the person is in the room with you to just leave

I do my appointments over the phone and there have been many times where I dissociate and stop responding or I get upset and end the appointment myself. usually my therapist follows up by email

I think this is one of the reasons why I can’t do virtual because working through trauma has been very upsetting and I would leave every time
