my doc doesn't gaf! she tells me...well you'll just have to deal with it. and I can't do hormones because of arterial clot issues 😳😢

Estrogen patch gave me aura migraines. I can’t use that. I use progesterone 100mg. I have insomnia 😞 which has made me miserable

Spot on. Wild tan helped me for year. Eventually I went bio-identical. I still need to get checked every few months. This is the worst thing to navigate 😓

I’ve been on HRT for over year, which is helping. However, just feel unenergised, no enthusiasm to do slightest thing. I have loads of sleep though and regular periods!! I’m 53 😩
