@ben_yanes: Keep in mind that both variations will always be a blend of chest, triceps, and front delts. The more upright you shift, the more you’ll bias the triceps, and the more leaned forward you shift, the more you’ll bias the chest and front delts. If you strike something in the middle, you’ll get a blend of both!
I used to dips with damn near every workout cause I would incorporate it with a chest, triceps, or shoulder workout. Even tho it would hit my chest the hardest
