Omg you are the first person I’ve come across who has the skin irritation. My skin is so sensitive when I take my shots. It literally hurts all week. In addition I am sore all over the whole week.

Dang, that’s horrible. I’ve been on Zepbound for 2 months. I had one episode where my heart felt weird for five minutes and I’ve had 0 symptoms or issues since then. Hope it gets better

I would definitely recommend taking it right before bed, also experiment with different injections sites. People will tell you it doesn’t matter but it definitely dose werhere it’s placebo or not

I was fine with 2.5, and 5mg, just got bumped up to 7.5 and omg! I had the body aches, my upper back was hurting so bad the next day.

I had body aches when I started the 12.5mg. it does get better. the first 6 weeks I was so sick. I'm down over 100lbs. trust the process :)

omg I have the same side effects! I just started zepbond last night at 9pm. I went to bed and woke up at around 2am so cold and my heartbeat going crazy. I ended up vomiting tho & sore around my neck
