Yeah but then you got corperation tax at 19% on profit, then dividends tax at 8.75 and whatever else tax you have to pay, just take the risks and rent it cash

Or set up a fake charity. But it through the charity and save tax as u then can creatively account no profit. Use a mosque for example as the charity address.

If you put it in a company you pay tax twice once on profit and a second time when you take the money from the company wages /dividends... Fine if you want to keep all the money in the company
