I’m a guy when I lived in TH I shop for my step sister cos she was shy to buy u can get lots of brands in TH like Sofy Laurier Carefree they are commonly used not sure why u think they lack education?

Using cups stopped my cramping, and stopped me using pads and tampons. Saves so much money in the long run especially in Thailand! Takes getting used to though

in europe ob is a major brand and we don’t use applicators. it’s unnecessary plastic you can just use your finger

honestly i swear by a cup. easy with my long acylics too, only option i can use as tampon’s irritate me anyway! but a cup is such an efficient product!
