As a diabetic whose A1C has finally normalized I can safely say I have no problem taking it long term just like any other medication for any other condition :)

Exactly like that’s the whole point. You’re not supposed to stop taking it that’s why it’s meant for people who have diabetes because your diabetes will never go away. It will just be maintained.

I think it's a great drug. It has helped so many. I'm sure it's easier to lose weight when you're not hungry. It is that way for me, a diabetic #2 on metformin and all
