maybe he should go get hired so he can understand. it's more on the GM not the manager for not going getting change and cash for her. this happened to me when I was a mngr at a different job.

When I worked at DG we could not give money back until we made $50.00 over what we started with. If not our register would be short.

All of you talking about he needs to go to the bank, he doesn’t have to bcuz that’s what cash back is for and if no sign is posted saying no cash back then he has a right to request it.
