( gradually add the water till you get a very lose dough depending on your type of flour you might need only 1 cup of water) - mix it very well using your hand to incorporate. air in it. - ��let the dough rest for at least 1 hour. ( for more flufiness, incorporate air in the dough every 1 hour for 3 hours) - ��make the simple syrup by mixing the sugar, water and lemon. (cook for 10 minutes on low till reduced and cool completely) - ��heat up the frying oil on medium high. - ��brush your hand with some oil and squeeze some of the dough in a tea spoon then drop in the oil. - ��fry for 2-3 minutes till almost golden but still not fully cooked.
