Delphinium are so beautiful but mine burnt to a crisp in the hot summer sun last year and it was so expensive because I bought it from Home Depot 😭

I live in Arkansas and tried to grow them. They tried one hot humid summer and said absolutely not, we’d rather die. Then they did 😂

Do they do well with frost and wind? I’m in California but it gets pretty windy and in the winter we get frost in the evening/night
