Zone 2 60-70% of your max heart rate.. so no need to decline. Quick walk or slow run is great also 🙃☺️

I’m do the same, but I do 15/10/4(kmh) before my workout, and after my workout. Still working my way up and wanting to have days I finish 30minutes straight

It may use more fat for energy but that doesn’t mean you’ll lose fat, eating in a calorie deficit is the only way to do that 🤝
