Yes…I had to supplement with formula to help my mental health, not feeling overwhelmed, and help baby gain weight back. I felt so guilty giving her formula but it helped me a lot. Sending u love ❤️

I do both breastfeed and pump . When I went back to work she did struggle to take the bottle but she learned fast . All in time and trust the process

Yes!! This🥰 I just had my 2nd and with both I wanted to EFB due to the cost of formula now a days! And had to supplement due to weight And I was soo frustrated until after a month my milk was FLOWING
