How to make your comeback⬇️ ✨Everyone always talks about the new year being a “new start”… But trying to reinvent yourself every new year is gonna be exhausting😮‍💨 So instead of trying to become a “New you” Focus on becoming “the Best version of you”💪 🔥To make your comeback: 1️⃣ Focus on what’s ahead rather than the past. You can’t change what’s already happened. That workout you skipped, that all-nighter you pulled, those choices you wish you hadn’t made… 🔥STOP focusing on those things, and start focusing on the things you are doing TODAY that’ll bring value to your life and the lives of those around you. 2️⃣ Action plan ✨If you wanna make a comeback with your fitness levels, then make a workout plan that you can actually stick to. ✨That might mean just 1 or 2 gym sessions a week, but it’s the small actions you take now that will lead to massive changes if you stay consistent. 3️⃣ commit to the process I know it’s hard to hear, but I’ll be honest - the comeback WON’T come easy. 🔥But that’s WHY it’s a comeback - you have to commit to the process of overcoming the obstacles you face, because quitting won’t get you to where you want to be. Personally, faith has been a massive part of my comeback, as I know that “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13) So since my strength doesn’t really come from me at all, I don’t NEED to rely on myself to reach my goals, I just put in the work and trust God will get me where He knows I will thrive.
