they look at majority of days. so if she is able to be mobile over 50% of the time then she will be classed as mobile

Honestly the level of detail you need to write is crazy, she should get something for mobility tho. Have to write it as if it’s the worst day my daughter gets MRC/HRM

I’m an amputee too and got refused also, I do have it now but every time I have a review they keep asking me when my leg will grow back!!!

yes go to tribunal you will find before it goes to tribunal they will increase the award

Please, please take them to tribunal. They make it hard to put people off - most people win their tribunals. I had to as well when I was a kid

My daughter gets dla highest for both parts , the issue has to of been there for 3 months and last longer than 9 months so as u say recently causes immobility maybe that’s why ? X

my neice has lost a leg and got dla on the 1st form stright away. she cant always wear her leg and she also uses a chair and walker on harder days. so no she will defo get dla and your self carers.

My husband gets pip and works, you have to put her very worst days down, phantom pain, not being able to shower without assistance etc, limit mobility due to pain of prothsetic leg etc

This is terrible. I would appeal and go to tribunal because this is for her long term future and she does struggle sometimes- it should be on the worst day. Good luck

honestly I know some don't even read the forms. I've advised on it for a long time. I've seen children who are in a vegetated state be declined. fight it all the way.
