My 5 favorite hosting gifts to give👇 Why not wine? Unless you know your host enjoys alcohol, AND you know their specific wine preferences, your gift may end up being re-gifted or tucked away. Homemade seasonal syrups Lavender in summer, pumpkin spice in autumn, peppermint in winter… A homemade syrup adds flavor to coffee, tea, or cocktails, and always feels personal.      5.    beautifully wrapped Cookies or truffles Not meant for dessert that night, just a sweet little something for later. Presentation matters: wrap them in wax paper, ribbon, or a small tin to make them feel like a gift for the host, not a suggested addition to their table (unless they choose to serve them).
